It will be a winner-take-all tonight when first pitch is thrown to start World Series Game 7 between the National League pennant winner Los Angeles Dodgers and American League champion Toronto Blue Jays.

Keep up with my posts here at JacobBenge.com as I highlight my favorite moments and share my thoughts during Game 7, which begins at 8 p.m. on FOX.

Middle of the ninth inning — LAD 4, TOR 4

Oh my.

Miguel Rojas ties Game 7 at four runs apiece in the top of the ninth inning with one out.

Guerrero, Bichette and Addison Barger are due up in the bottom half of the ninth inning.

End of the eighth inning — LAD 3, TOR 4

On to the ninth inning.

Toronto leads 4-3. Jeff Hoffman is tasked with earning the four-out save, and Ohtani is in the hole to start the ninth frame.

Bottom of the eighth inning — LAD 3, TOR 4

Ernie Clement now has 30 hits this postseason, most in a single playoffs all time according to the FOX broadcast.

I don’t think Clement’s postseason has been hyped up enough.

Emmet Sheehan is chased and Blake Snell will come on in relief.

Top of the eighth inning — LAD 3, TOR 4

Max Muncy solo home run. Deep right field.

The Dodgers are within one.

Middle of the seventh inning — LAD 2, TOR 4

Also, hats off to Trey Yesavage. He pitched seven innings of one-run ball with 12 strikeouts in Game 5.

Yesavage pitched a scoreless seventh inning in Game 7 working around Ohtani, Will Smith and Freddie Freeman.

Middle of the seventh inning — LAD 2, TOR 4

Gimenez added his first RBI of the game with a double that scored Ernie Clement in the bottom half of the sixth inning.

Guerrero turned a critical double play to end the top half of the seventh inning. Toronto will bring its Nos. 4-6 hitters up to the plate, and each have at least one hit.

Top of the sixth inning — LAD 2, TOR 3

It’s a one-run game in Toronto after Mookie Betts scores via sacrifice fly.

Bottom of the fourth inning — LAD 1, TOR 3

The benches cleared and bullpens emptied after Giménez was hit in the hand by a pitch from Justin Wrobleski.

Middle of the fourth inning — LAD 1, TOR 3

The Dodgers are on the scoreboard after a sacrifice fly by Teoscar Hernandez.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. also made a nice play diving to catch the third out of the top of the fourth inning. It’s 3-1 Blue Jays.

Bottom of the third inning — LAD 0, TOR 3

Bo Bichette just belted his first World Series home run.

On an injured knee, Bichette drilled an 88.7 mph slider from Ohtani to deep left-center field, cranking it 442 feet at 110.1 exit velocity.

The Blue Jays open the scoring 3-0.

End of the first inning — LAD 0, TOR 0

Mark this play down as a critical one to remember as the game goes on.

Middle of the first inning — LAD 0, TOR 0

The top of the first was eventful.

Shohei Ohtani led off with a single to right-center field and advanced all the way to third base. The Dodgers couldn’t cash in with two outs as Mookie Betts grounded out to shortstop Andres Gimenez.
