Live Posts: Dayton Dragons 25th Season Celebration Game


DAYTON, Ohio — The Dayton Dragons will celebrate their 25th season on Tuesday by hosting the Cincinnati Reds’ final spring training game at Day Air Ballpark at 6:10 p.m.

Top prospects within the Reds organization will face the big league squad two days before Cincinnati hosts San Francisco for Opening Day.

Cincinnati prospects will take batting practice from 3:15 -4:15 p.m., and gates at Day Air Ballpark will open at 4 p.m. so fans can watch the Reds batting practice.

Home runs by Jake Fraley and Matt McLain, who hit a 3-run blast, put the Reds up 4-0 after two innings in Dayton.
