National Museum of the U.S. Air Force will host Reds Caravan on Jan. 27

The Cincinnati Reds are coming to Dayton.

The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force will host the Reds Caravan on Jan. 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Eight members of Cincinnati’s organization will travel to the museum and meet with over 400 expected fans. Among the visitors includes manager David Bell and right-handed pitcher Frankie Montas.

Cincinnati’s 2023 first round pick Rhett Lowder will also be in attendance part of the caravan. The right-hander was assigned to High-A Dayton on Aug. 23, 2023, after he was chosen from Wake Forest but did not pitch.

Former Reds catcher Corky Miller and pitcher-turned-broadcaster Sam LeCure will appear as alumni of the organization.

22-year-old right-hander Ty Floyd will headline the team’s minor league appearances. He was taken No. 38 overall in last year’s draft from College World Series-winning LSU.

Vice President, Player Acquistion & Strategy Jeff Graupe and Reds on Radio broadcaster Tommy Thrall will round out the caravan cast.

This is at least the 11th year that the caravan has visited the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

A question-and-answer session will begin the event, then an autograph session will take place guaranteed for the first 400 fans in attendance who will receive a wristband distributed by museum staff.

Doors open at 9 a.m.
